Content rules

These rules apply to all dare requests posted by buyers and all content submitted by creators. Violations result in removal, account termination, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.

1. Absolute Prohibitions

The following content is strictly banned on sekrd under any circumstances. There are no exceptions, no appeals, and violations are immediately reported to relevant authorities:

Banned
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any sexual content depicting, referencing, or implying minors. This includes animated, illustrated, or AI-generated content
  • Non-consensual content: Any content depicting real or simulated sexual acts without the documented consent of all participants
  • Revenge porn: Any intimate content shared without the consent of the person depicted
  • Real-world violence: Content that depicts actual physical harm, torture, or murder
  • Terrorism: Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates terrorist acts or organisations
  • Hate content: Content designed to dehumanise individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Doxxing: Content that reveals private personal information of identifiable third parties without consent

2. Allowed Content

Allowed
  • Photo and video content featuring consenting verified adults
  • Fitness, lifestyle, and challenge content
  • Music, art, and performance content
  • Fashion and beauty content
  • Adult content (🔞) — for age-verified creators and age-verified buyers only
  • Role-play and fantasy content involving consenting adults
  • Content filmed in locations where filming is legal

3. Adult Content Rules

Adult content (dares marked 🔞) is permitted on sekrd subject to strict requirements:

  • Content involving props or accessories that could be mistaken for real weapons
  • Content filmed in semi-public locations
  • Content involving multiple participants where consent documentation is required from all

4. Dare Request Rules

All dare requests must:

Dare text is reviewed by our automated and human moderation systems. Dares that violate these rules are rejected before reaching the creator.

5. Enforcement

Warning

First-time minor violations. Account flagged, content removed, user notified.

Content removal

Violating content deleted. Dare cancelled, funds returned or withheld depending on circumstances.

Account suspension

Temporary ban (7–30 days) for repeat or serious violations. Appeal available.

Permanent ban

Immediate, no appeal for CSAM, non-consent, threats, or repeat major violations.

Absolute prohibition violations (Section 1) are always reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies, regardless of the account status.
