Compliance Statement

sekrd.xyz operates as a platform where adult content creators ("performers") submit content in response to user-generated "dare" requests. All performers must verify they are 18 years of age or older before any adult content is accepted or published.

sekrd.xyz is the "primary producer" as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 with respect to content uploaded directly to our servers. We maintain the required records for all adult content accessible on this Platform.

Age Verification Requirements

Before any creator may submit or publish adult content on sekrd, they must:

• Confirm they are 18 years of age or older at account registration
• Submit a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID card) for verification
• Provide a signed model release form affirming their age and consent
• Complete identity verification through our KYC (Know Your Customer) provider

Creators who fail to complete verification cannot submit adult content, and any such content is withheld from public view until verification is complete.

Record Keeping

For all adult content on the Platform, sekrd maintains the following records in accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.2:

• Name and date of birth of every performer appearing in adult content
• Any aliases used by the performer (including their sekrd username and Instagram handle)
• A copy of the government-issued ID submitted during verification
• The URL or unique identifier of each content item associated with the performer
• Date of content upload and content type

Records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of creation or last update, and are stored securely with restricted access.

Inspections of records by the Attorney General or designated representative will be accommodated in accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.5 during regular business hours upon reasonable advance notice.

Third-Party Content

To the extent that user-generated content on sekrd features performers other than the submitting creator, the submitting creator is responsible for:

• Obtaining written consent from all appearing individuals
• Verifying the age of all individuals who appear in submitted content
• Providing sekrd with copies of required records upon request

sekrd prohibits the submission of any content featuring unconsenting third parties. Any such content, when identified, is immediately removed and may be reported to law enforcement.

If you believe any content on sekrd features minors or violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257, please report it immediately:
