Creators submitting adult content face a stricter verification process, as required by law:
Instagram Verification
Connect your Instagram account to confirm you own the handle linked to your sekrd profile.
Government ID
Submit a valid government-issued photo ID: passport, driver's licence, or national ID.
Selfie Check
A live selfie is compared to your ID photo to confirm identity.
Model Release
Sign a digital model release affirming your age, identity, and consent to appear on the platform.
Verification is processed within 24 hours. Until verified, adult dare submissions are held and not published.
How We Handle Verification Data
- ID documents are encrypted using AES-256 and stored in isolated, access-controlled storage
- Verification data is never shared with other users or third parties outside of legal requirements
- We use a trusted third-party KYC provider with ISO 27001 certification
- Records are retained for 7 years as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257
- You may request deletion of verification records when closing your account, subject to legal retention obligations

What Happens If Verification Fails
If our system cannot verify your age or identity:
- You will be notified by email with a reason and an opportunity to resubmit
- Your account remains active but adult content features are disabled
- You may contact verify@sekrd.xyz for manual review
- Accounts that cannot be verified after two attempts are suspended
